STAFFING
Siim is currently operating with a staff of one (along with herself).
Additional staff will be recruited from the Heart Academy initially and all staff will undergo product training by Siim to orient them in the unique structure of the garments, the expected standard of quality, and other intrinsic aspects of her designs. Additional assistance is being sought from the Jamaica Business Development Centre in training labour.
We plan to start with a staff of two full-time employees, including Siim and we plan to be operating with a staff of four during the fifth year of business.
