PREMISES

Siim’s studio is located at 16 Old Church Road (corner of Drumblair Crescent), Kingston 10. The back of a house was converted into a 400sf. studio/ workspace and office at a cost of JA$180,000.00 (83% of which was paid for with a two year loan from Bank of Nova Scotia). The studio has its own access off Drumblair Cres., parking is available and there is ample yard space for having small intimate shows. Landscaping is currently underway and we are doing this work ourselves. The rental is $12000.00 per month for the first 3 years to be renegotiated in March 2004.

CHOICE OF LOCATION & PREMISES

This location was chosen for a few key reasons:

- Prominent arterial road street address.

- Entrance off side road for ease of access.

- Intimate, quiet location lent itself to exclusivity

- Located close to corporate area Kingston with easy access to busses.

- Located close to major residential areas. (Many potential local clients reside in adjacent areas.)

- Rental was inexpensive.
